Barks series: Tibuok sa Dilim

Salt working wonders with chocolate is not news. This very reason pushed us to have a sea salt and chocolate combo in our barks! Our version features a rare, artisanal local salt from the province of Bohol, Philippines called “Asin Tibuok”. We want to explore this ‘near-extinct’ salt and its distinct flavor profile of salty, smoky and umami notes when combined with our very own dark chocolate.
